The development consists of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, each with an open plan living and kitchen area.  All apartments have an electricity and water meter installed.  The bathroom and kitchens are fully fitted with hot and cold water.  All apartments will come fitted with internet access, telephone line and cable TV socket.

The development is situated just 50 meters from the main ski lift of the new Borovets Master Plan and 70 km. south of Sofia and the International Airport.  With one entrance facing the slopes you can literally ski to your front door step.

The development has been designed to offer 5 star hotel facilities.  There is a reception area and a lobby style bar, as well as an on-site manager who will be available 24 hours a day.  All the needs of a holiday maker and skiers are catered for with on-site ski storage, shops, medical center and a bureau de change.

A variety of services will be offered on site such as arrangements for ski hire and lift passes, travel and transport and child minding , and a bus route will be available 24 hours a day too!

The complex has an indoor heated swimming pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi and spa centre.  A traditional restaurant will serve a variety of organic local style cuisine. There is an outside area which leads out to a garden area for the summer months.
