My wife and I were interested in buying a property in Cyprus, something that was well located and reasonably priced. I work overseas and this was seen as both a good investment and somewhere to relax during leave periods. Going on-line for Cyprus property searches can be a bit of nightmare with so many sites dedicated to off plan and re-sale, nevertheless we rang a number of agents to arrange meetings. After making a decision to view property in Cyprus last year we made a request to a company here in the U.K. to introduce us to someone in Cyprus who would provide us with the necessary information required but who would not put us under any pressure to purchase once we had made our visit.
